Who am I?
I'm Kellie Simpson, and I've been my team of Legal VAs have been supporting legal firms for the last 7 years. In recent years, that's included building out Clio systems.
Here's the thing - I've seen SO many practices waste money on Clio setups that don't actually work for how they operate. Templates that make no sense. Workflows that create more work, not less. Automations that... well, don't actually automate anything useful.
Worse still, I've seen wasted Clio subscriptions, systems just waiting for someone to come along and kick-start them.
